Hello hello, Todays post is about a band that has just recently become mainstream, being played on the radio for their song Sweater Weather. The Neighbourhood (an American alternative rock band) do not let the rock part scare you, are not hard core or anything like that. Although, I will admit that I do like SOME of those hard rock bands. I'll save those for another post on another day. Anyways, I have been listening to them for over a year now, even when they only had a single song. My boyfriend and I went to one of their concerts at a very small venue in Ft. Lauderdale called The Culture Room. They were amazing! I walked out of there saying, "damn they sound even better in person." The venue was perfect because it was so small and intimate. The stage was almost as tall as the audience and no matter where you were standing you could see and hear them perfectly. Their opening act was The 1975, which not many people have heard of, but I will definitely talk about later. Flawless is my favorite song of theirs' and I've shared it below.
